We spoke to Kirsty Blackwell MCIMSPA, who talked us through her journey to becoming a Personal Trainer Practitioner for Mode Club. We covered everything from her sporty childhood in New Zealand and life before entering sport and physical activity to what motivates her in her career.

Kirsty gives us a great insight into the steps she took to build herself a career in personal training that gives her purpose and fulfilment by making other people’s lives better.
