Your sector events roundup

Events provide a fantastic opportunity to broaden your network and hear about industry related topics and updates

CIMSPA Conference 2025
Events present a great opportunity to network with sector peers and develop new skills

Sport and physical activity sector events range from formalised business networking opportunities to more casual exhibition style gatherings.
Conferences often provide insight, panel discussions and are topic-focused, ideal for partners and other key sector stakeholders such as policy and decision makers.

Exhibitions and meetups are often where fitness professionals showcase their products and services, accompanied by a healthy dose of group exercise opportunities. Some events also offer CPD points for CIMSPA members.

Our workforce development team are CIMSPA’s ‘boots on the ground’, with workforce development managers allocated to specific areas, covering England, Scotland and Wales. Each manager works with key sector stakeholders across the UK to develop and implement local skills plans focused on improving career opportunities for the sport and physical activity sector workforce in each region of the country. As part of their role, they attend local events to ensure your voice is heard.

We’ve rounded up some of the sector events that CIMSPA will be attending over the next three months both regionally and nationally. We hope to see some of you there!
